All materials were on hand from previous projects. Cross supports were cut to size and drilled to allow wiring.

Barry Oz Railway

Brief History.

As a child I did not have a model railway or any hobbies due to circumstances beyond my control. Yet the sight of model railways made me curious and fascinated.

Fast forward to January 2011, after some discusions with my financial controller it would be good for my health to have a hobby. A hobby that would keep me on track/s.

I searched the internet for articles related model railways and subscribed to Model Railroad Hobbyist magazine (TM) http://model-railroad-hobbyist.com/magazine and decided my childhood desire  would become reality.

To test my decision to enter the hobby I scratch built a HO building and decorated it. This project was very satisfying.
